Meet the Team
At PMI Greater Dallas, we specialize in association management. We have a small agile staff that works hard to get things accomplished in a timely manner. We feel that a happy HOA is much easier to manage, so we attempt to get new associations up and running quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth operation from the very beginning. We take pride in being able to answer the phones when called upon and making every association feel like our only priority.

Dustin Harrison is a proud Texas native that has lived in the D/FW metroplex since 2005. He joined the United States Navy out of high school. Dustin spent one enlistment in the Navy working as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate on the mighty P-3 Orion, an anti-submarine aircraft. After leaving the Navy, Dustin came back home to Tyler and walked on to the Tyler Junior College Apaches baseball team where he earned team captain honors. Dustin finished his college education at Northern Illinois University with a degree in HR Management. Dustin’s beautiful daughter Haley currently attends Northern Illinois University, and is following in her mother, Arlene’s footsteps and earning a Speech and Language Pathology Masters Degree. Dustin’s son Nicholas attends Hebron High School and is a 2 sport standout athlete on the baseball and football teams.
Although Dustin has an HR Management degree, he got bit by the aviation bug again after college and worked for 3 great companies: Flexjet, Med-Trans & CHC Helicopter as an aircraft records analyst. Dustin’s attention to detail has constantly been tested for the last 15 years of his career. While working in aviation, Dustin has also had his hands in real estate investing. He’s handled several deals from start to finish and has spent most of that time also managing his own rental properties. Dustin is a team player and proven leader and is fully equipped to handle any problems that arise.
Dustin plays baseball on a few local Dallas men’s league teams: Pelicans, Thunderbirds & Redbirds (not positive why all the bird teams). He also enjoys traveling, fishing and spending time with his 2 wonderful kids, Haley and Nicholas. As a disabled veteran, Dustin finds joy in volunteering for local veteran charity events and helping others that have been impacted by their time in service and Toys for Tots.
Blake Sanford is the Executive Director of Association Management at Property Management Inc. He came to PMI in 2016 after working with one of the largest CAM companies in the state of Utah. His experience and expertise have helped the PMI brand add over 600 associations in the last few years. As Blake continues to work on the national level in this industry; he has focused on establishing best practices, tools and training to ensure local offices are able to provide a superior customer experience.
Brianna brings more than 14 years of experience in Association Management. She holds her CMCA, AMS and PCAM from CAI. She has successfully aided in the growth and overwhelming success of a large property management company with a concentration in acquisitions and new community development. She currently offers her expertise and knowledge to PMI as a business development liaison.
The corporate staff is accessible and is readily available to provide support to the local company managing your association.
